Business Name: Elite Edge Home Services Inc.

By approving an estimate, scheduling a service, or utilizing the services of Elite Edge Home Services Inc., you (\"Client,\" \"you,\" or \"your\") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Work & Estimates

\nQuotes & Estimates: All estimates provided prior to inspection are based on initial photos, descriptions, or information supplied by the Client.
\nQuote Adjustments: If, upon arrival or during the initial walkthrough, the property condition requires significantly more time, labor, specialized equipment, or waste removal than originally disclosed (e.g., severe accumulation, bio-hazards, pet waste, or deep restoration needs), the Company reserves the right to issue an updated quote. Work will not proceed without Client approval of the revised scope/pricing.

2. Client Responsibilities & Property Access

\nAccess: The Client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the property, including working electricity, running water, and proper climate control. If our team is locked out or unable to gain access at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply.
\nSafety & Hazards: The Client must disclose any known structural hazards, pest infestations, severe mold, or uncontained animal waste prior to the start of service. For safety reasons, our technicians reserve the right to pause or decline work in conditions deemed unsafe or bio-hazardous until proper safety protocols are established.
\nValuables: Please secure all cash, jewelry, heirlooms, and sensitive personal documents prior to our arrival.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

\nPayment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice following service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
\nAccepted Forms of Payment: Payments may be processed via credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer through our secure client portal (Jobber).
\nLate Payments: Outstanding balances past due may be subject to a late fee or interest charge. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of recurring services or collection proceedings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

\nNotice Required: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
\nShort-Notice Fees: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service window may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduled labor and routing costs.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims

\nQuality Check: We take pride in our work. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion with photos/details. We will gladly return to re-address and inspect the specific area at no additional charge.
\nBreakage & Property Damage: Our staff exercises extreme care when handling your property. In the rare event that damage occurs as a direct result of our service, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.

6. SMS Communications & Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages (appointment reminders, quote approvals, invoices) from Elite Edge Home Services Inc. Message frequency varies. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
